The PCA (Prevent Child Abuse) Perris Valley Collaborative incorporates the greater Perris Valley communities of Perris, Mead Valley, Val Verde School District and Good Hope. The collaborative promotes safe, and healthy life styles through education, awareness campaigns, and other opportunities to safeguard our children, helping to strengthen families so that no child suffers from abuse and neglect.
