The countywide needs assessment consists of identifying gaps, needs and barriers of services for child abuse prevention, intervention, and treatment programs. Working in partnership with the Department of Public Social Services, PCARC publishes this needs assessment report on a three year cycle as part of the county system improvement plan efforts.
The most current needs assessment was completed in 2010 for the funding fiscal cycles 2011-2014. The next report is anticipated for publication in 2013. To view the complete current report, please click on the following link:
